Green Means Grow

I am all about BOLD art to bring color and conversation into a room, and that was exactly my goal with this color-blocked piece. Green is my favorite color at the moment, especially shades of citron and lime like I included here. I love playing with cliché phrases for the text in my work, and for this piece I used "green means grow" as a variation on the phrase "green means go." The last year has been full of intense spiritual and emotional growth for me personally, and I wanted to capture that spirit of growth through both the colors (lively greens) and text.
