More Than Enough

Over the years, I've gotten into an unhealthy pattern of mentally listing all the things I "should" have done that day, reminding myself of what I didn't accomplish, right before falling asleep. This piece is all about changing that narrative from one of internal scolding, to appreciation and contentment with my day's work. It's about reminding myself that my worth is not in my output, but that I am already "more than enough."

This piece consists of shades of blue, and I picture it hanging in a bedroom, or in a place where you have quiet moments of reflection.
